Our Team

We pride ourselves on having a team of care workers that are reliable, discreet, friendly and committed to the physical and emotional wellbeing of all clients.

We interview all prospective care workers face-to-face and carry out a full criminal records check with the Criminal Records Bureau (CRB) before employing them. We also take up a minimum of two references.

New employees attend a classroom based comprehensive 5 day induction course, followed by a period of shadow community based training with one of our experienced care workers.

Care workers attend regular mandatory training updates and specialist training courses, ensuring that they are trained appropriately to meet every individual’s needs and requirements. They go on to complete a NVQ level 2 in Health and Social Care.

Our office team have been handpicked to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction. They have many years of experience in providing high quality care services within the local community.

We believe that:

“Today’s Quality is Tomorrow’s Reputation”

We aim to ensure that you receive a consistent quality of service that is both reliable and flexible.

Our care coordinators ensure that good communication is fundamental to the delivery of your care and support package, making sure you receive a reliable service.

Our assessment staff are trained to carry out care needs assessments and risk assessments. The assessor will listen to your choices and wishes with regard to how you would like things done and ensure that this information is incorporated into your support plan.
